This presentation will review Ohio's Truancy Law and its impact on schools, educators, students, and families. It will also examine the realities and challenges of school attendance, and it will provide tips for meeting legal requirements. Updates to the new Court process will be provided, as well as an overview of e-filing complaints and navigating the on-line docket.
