Senate Bill 29 Compliance
To support our district’s compliance with Ohio’s SB29 student data privacy requirements, we participate in the EdTech Leaders Alliance (ETLA). Through this membership, we have adopted a statewide data privacy agreement for each vendor, which establishes clear data privacy terms with Edtech vendors in alignment with Ohio law.
As part of this effort, we maintain a public-facing page listing all the approved data privacy agreements that cover the educational technology tools our district uses. This resource demonstrates our commitment to transparency and student data protection under SB29.
